Mrs. Reena Sharma serves as the Executive Director of Institute 3D Jewels (formerly known as Excel Institute of Jewellery Designing and Manufacturing Technology) in Jaipur. With over 15 years of experience in the jewelry design industry, she has established herself as a leading expert in both traditional and digital jewelry design methodologies.

Holding a dual degree in Fashion Designing and Jewellery Designing from GIFT, Kolkata, he has honed his skills and knowledge in the world of art and adornment.
He has a solid foundation in the principles of design, colour theory, and craftsmanship. His academic journey has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of both industries, allowing him to blend elements from fashion and jewellery seamlessly. With over 7 years of professional experience in real-time Jewellery Designing and Visual Merchandising, our faculty member has worked in various facets of the Jewellery industry. His hands-on experience in creating exquisite jewellery pieces, coupled with his expertise in visual merchandising, has provided him with a holistic view of the design process from concept to display.
Mr. Sourav’s expertise lies in translating creative concepts into tangible jewellery designs that captivate and inspire. His proficiency in understanding market trends, customer preferences, and industry standards ensures that their designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also commercially viable. Sri. Chittibabu Sairaj is an expert in the field of gemmology and also as faculty of Gold and Jewellery Appraiser, with over a decade of experience in studying and appraising diamonds, Colour gemstones and Gold Appraisal and Audit. He is a Master of Science graduate in Geology holds certification of Graduate Gemmologist in Gem Identification, Diamond Grading from IGI. He is also certified trainer from Ministry of Skill development from NSDC, India. As a faculty member at the prestigious JSS Advanced Jewellery Design Technology Centre, he has extensive knowledge through lectures and hands-on seminars, training the next generation of gemmologists. His passion for the intricate beauty of gemstones is matched only by his dedication to ethical practices and responsible sourcing within the industry.
Sri. Mallikarjun is a seasoned expert with over a decade of experience in laser marking, soldering and Computer Aided Master (CAM) Practical training within the jewellery industry. With a deep understanding in laser technology, soldering and Computer Aided Master (CAM) Practical training he has successfully implemented cutting-edge marking solutions for both large-scale manufacturers and bespoke jewellers. His expertise extends to precision soldering techniques, ensuring flawless craftsmanship and durability in high-end jewellery pieces. An avid educator, he has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions, sharing his knowledge and passion with industry professionals. His practical insights and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset to any jewellery manufacturing team.
Sri. Shivamurthy K, is a seasoned professional with a diploma in Jewellery Design and Technology from JSS Polytechnic College, Mysuru, completed in 2011. With 13 years of extensive experience in the Jewellery industry, he excels as both a skilled trainer and karigar. His expertise lies in imparting intricate Jewellery manufacturing techniques, including casting, soldering, and stone setting. Sri. Shivamurthy's hands-on approach and deep understanding of the craft make him a valuable mentor, dedicated to shaping the next generation of Jewellery artisans. His practical knowledge and industry insights enrich the learning experience, ensuring students gain both theoretical and practical expertise in Jewellery making.
